ZEVATECH / JUKI KE 2030 is an advanced pc board assembly and manufacturing equipment designed of high-level electronic component placement. This system features four-gantry CMMs as part of its core setup and offers motions of up to 30mm in the Z-axis. These gantries are enclosed within a dust-proof cabinet, ensuring optimal air quality and enabling precise placements of high accuracy components, such as SO and QFP packages. It has multi-dimensional flexible feeders and a height and width adjustable placement area. The unit also features a wide variety of vision systems, including 3D/2D image recognition cameras, High-resolution laser sensors, Video cameras, and a range of lighting options. The machine offers a range of feeder systems catering to a variety of feeder types and applications. Feeders on the tool include flexible rubber feeders, open / close box feeders, continuous rotation take-up spool feeders, high capacity magazine feeders, and cassette-type or matrix feeders. Its suction nozzles can work with components ranging from 01005s up to 50x50mm pitch sizes. The asset also supports multiple IC types such as QFP, QFP-G, SO, Black HSOP, SOP, Burn-in socket, DIP, PLCC, and multi-pad components. The model features an advanced PC- controlled motion platform for positioning its placement head. It has a laser offset equipment built into the head for accurate real-time laser autocentering, and a precision of up to ±0.3mm. This system also allows for fine adjustments for better placement accuracy with a laser alignment head and Z-axis motion control. It can handle a board size range of up to 400x530mm, and its placement area height can be adjusted from 5mm up to 30mm. It's able to achieve cycles of 0.1mm with a peak speed of 20,000 components per hour. There's an additional option of a 24V DC air blower connector provided, allowing for improved placement of components with polarized pins. To top it off, the unit also comprises a host of options such as its advanced data base management, and an AOI as well as peripheral device integration, for a total integrated solution. The machine is designed with accuracy, flexibility, and reliability in mind, and is suited for a variety of high-volume, high-accuracy placement applications.
