ATG / L&M A2015 PC board test equipment is designed for customers who need high-performance single-ended test systems. This system is composed of two main components: ATG L&M A3005 5.0 GHz and ATG / L&M A2005 5.0 GHz. The A3005 5.0GHz has a maximum frequency of 5.0 GHz single-ended testing and is designed to provide excellent signal integrity, accuracy, rate, and automation capabilities for testing digital or analog PCBs. ATG A2005 5.0 GHz also has a maximum frequency of 5.0 GHz single-ended testing and is compatible with the A3005. The A2005 utilizes advanced testing algorithms that allow for increased board test coverage compared to traditional methods. ATG A2015 unit is designed to be more comprehensive and has higher-level test coverage than its predecessors. It offers Power Domain Testing using Voltage/Current/Stress Measurements, DC Testing, Mixed-Signal Test, and Frequency Domain Analysis. Its advanced automated test sequencing (ATS) software analyze test results and reduce operator time. In addition, this machine also includes embedded parallel testing capabilities for faster throughput. L&M A2015 tool offers multiple I/O configuration options such as USB, 40-Pin Interface, BNC, DVI, Ethernet, and Fiber Optic. It also utilizes L&M advanced Graphical User Interface (GUI) environments for graphical testing and monitoring of test results. The GUI also provides access to online help to guide users with asset setup and test execution. Finally, A2015 model is further supplemented with a variety of optional accessories such as 4-pin BGA Fixture for 0.50mm pitch parts; the JTAG/CP Enclosure for controlled insulation; and the high-reliability solder-free connectors for increased board connectivity and reliability. All these features and accessories make for a comprehensive, powerful, and reliable test equipment that meets the needs of today's PC board testing requirements.
