MKS / ASTEX Astron 2L is a high precision dual range, 24V DC generated power supply that is designed to provide a power solution for demanding low noise and low ripple applications. This power supply incorporates active based circuits, which allows for minimal adjustment of components to ensure optimal performance. MKS Astron 2L features a wide input voltage range of 90-260V AC which permits the device to work with different international power systems. The power supply has two output modules with a selectable range of 0-20V with 0-2A and 0-24V with 0-1.25A for each output. The two output modules are isolatable and capable of paralleling. ASTEX ASTRON2L also offers an external programming of output voltage, current and output power. To ensure stable and reliable performance, MKS / ASTEX ASTRON2L incorporates a number of protection systems. Overload, overvoltage and overtemperature protection are all included. A monitor output is also included. This output reflects the voltage and current in real time, allowing the operator to make precise adjustments. In addition, MKS ASTRON2L provides a low noise dc output which is ideal for sensitive operations. The efficiency of the power supply is high, resulting in high power output and excellent power efficiency. In order to meet diverse application requirements, an array of communication functions are readily available to make the appliance user friendly and easy to operate. With its light weight, fanless design and robust construction Astron 2L is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications. ASTRON2L is compliant with international safety standards, ISO9001 and ISO14001, as well as UL, PSE and FCC electrical safety standards. All of these features, along with its superior build quality, make it an excellent choice for high precision and low noise power applications.
