ACCRETECH / TSK APM-90A is a full-featured, fully integrated prober equipment designed for use in wafer probing applications. It is capable of handling wafer sizes up to 200 mm (8 inches). The system enables single-site and multi-site probing as well as pad probing. It is equipped with a dual-blade knife edge, capable of a repeatable pitch of 5-50 μm, to help ensure reliable results. The unit also has a special embedded circuit dedicated to automated probing, which allows for automatic pattern recognition and auto-movement control. TSK APM90A is designed to provide a highly repeatable wafer-to-wafer and site-to-site probing, allowing for improved overall accuracy of results. An automatic pattern recognition machine helps to determine accurate probing values for each pad to maximize yields and test results. The tool offers a maximum scanning range of up to 900 mm in X-Y-Z axes, allowing flexible measurement ranges to be obtained. On-board program generator software allows users to quickly create sophisticated probing patterns and configurations.
