ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200 is a prober designed for a multitude of general purpose testing applications. It is usable across a variety of industries, including the aerospace, medical device, electronics, semiconductor, and automotive industries. TSK UF 200 is capable of handling sample sizes up to 200 millimeters in diameter, with sample thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm. The prober features a vertical probe movement range of 200 mm, allowing for accurate high-level measurements of components on large sample. Internal calibration is provided by ACCRETECH UF200's built-in capacitance-based linearity correction, allowing the probe to maintain accuracy over its full range of motion. ACCRETECH UF 200 features a closed-loop micro-step drive system for fast, accurate movements, as well as a programmable maximum accuracy of 5-300 microinches. It is equipped with a 24-bit position encoder, which allows for high speed and precision when measuring thin, small, and rigid sample materials. UF 200 is a versatile testing system, compatible with various probes, fixtures, and other accessories, making it suitable for use in a wide range of testing applications. Probes available for UF200 include electronic probes, optical probes, mechanical probes, and any other type of standard or customized test probe. Several peripheral accessories are also available to extend the capability of TSK UF200. In addition to the probe and test fixtures, these optional accessories include a tool changer, an automatic signal switching mechanism, and software for setting up and controlling the machine in a consistent and repeatable fashion.
