ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200 is a fully-automated prober equipment designed for testing and analyzing the electrical properties of integrated circuits. The system consists of a precision planar stage that is capable of swiveling and tilting, an electromechanically driven microscope, and a measurement and control unit. The main feature of the prober is its repeatability. This allows for precise testing of circuit parameters and failure analysis in semiconductor production facilities. The unit includes a computerized vision machine that can automatically identify and target the desired parts of the circuit for testing. It also includes a library of standard tests and test programs, which enables it to match test parameters for circuit boards with virtually any application. The prober also offers an optically- stimulated electron emission (OSEE) mode, which is an advanced capability for detecting defective surface mount components. This is done by generating an electrical pulse which passes through the circuit board, stimulating all the solder bumps on the board, and using the resulting waveforms to detect faulty solder joints. TSK UF 200 can be used to analyze contact resistance and current surges, as well as check circuit performance. Moreover, a vacuum tool on the stage allows parts to be secured without the need for heat, which means lower test temperatures and a safer working environment. ACCRETECH UF200 asset also has multiple interfaces including RS-232/485, GPIB, CAN Fieldbus and EtherCAT, allowing users to communicate with other instruments and to control the prober from a computer. Additionally, ACCRETECH UF 200 is equipped with an integrated 100-level bit plane imaging model, allowing the user to capture images of the circuit boards for analysis or documentation. Overall, TSK UF200 is an easy-to-use, reliable prober equipment that offers precision, repeatability and versatility for testing, analyzing and troubleshooting electronic circuits.
