ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200 is a prober designed for automated electrical, optical, and thermal testing of semiconductor devices. It is a highly-configurable and versatile equipment that is suited for a variety of test applications. The prober has a high-resolution color camera, capable of producing detailed images that are accurate to within one micron. This helps ensure the accuracy of testing results. The system uses a stage assembly with high-resolution linear encoders to ensure precise positioning of the specimen during the testing procedure. This ensures repeatable accuracy, allowing for repeatable tests to be conducted. TSK UF 200 has a high-speed, precision vector probing head which enables accurate and repeatable testing. This vector probing head has the capacity to measure from DC to 6GHz in one millisecond. The electrical testing is done by 8 externally programmable high-performance probing cards. This allows for the testing of various types of devices such as ICs, sensors, optical elements and multicore microprocessors. Furthermore, the prober has an integrated optical testing unit which consists of an illumination machine, a spectrometer, and a microscope. This allows for optical and thermal testing to be conducted. In addition to the accuracy, speed, and versatility of ACCRETECH UF200, the prober is built with an industrial-grade chassis, which ensures long-term reliability and stability even when used in harsh industrial environments. It is also highly configurable, allowing a variety of tooling options to be used with the tool, making it easier to customise the asset for individual test requirements. UF200 prober is an ideal choice for most testing requirements and offers a combination of accuracy, speed, and flexibility for testing a host of technologies. It is well-suited for a variety of applications in the semiconductor industry.
