ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200A is a specialized prober designed specifically for 32/64-bit computing applications. The platform is designed to enable efficient probing, debugging, and other development tasks by providing an easy to use graphical user interface (GUI). The hardware of the equipment is based on a modular design, allowing for a range of capabilities based on the needs of the intended application. The unit includes an integrated PC-based system built on a Core i3 or Core i5 processor from Intel. This unit offers 4GB of RAM and 250GB of storage space for applications, boards, and other components. The integrated graphical user interface (GUI) offers support for various MS Windows-based software suites and programs. This includes the Xilinx Vivado Design Suite and Altera Quartus II. In addition to the PC-based machine, TSK UF200A is equipped with a 32-channel prober for testing and debugging electronic systems. Each prober channel can support up to eight analog and eight digital test points. It is also capable of providing up to 48 dedicated power supplies and up to 96 512-bit shift registers. In addition to its 32-channel prober, ACCRETECH UF 200 A comes with a variety of specialized software tools. These include a scriptable test editor, a vector editor, and a logic analyzer. The logic analyzer features advanced timing analysis tools, enabling users to analyze how signals behave over time. The analyzer also has trigger events which allow users to quickly pinpoint the activity of specific signals within the tool. UF200A is compatible with a number of communication protocols, including I2C, SPI, and JTAG. This allows the unit to easily interact with external test and measurement equipment, enabling users to coordinate tests from external sources. This makes it easy to analyse asset behaviour in detail. Finally, the unit is supported by a wide portfolio of accessories, including interface cables, probe clips, and extension cards. These accessories make UF 200 A a versatile and powerful tool for board testing and debugging.
