ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200A consists of an ultrafine, accurate and high resolution prober that is ideal for testing a variety of small and delicate substrates. It is designed for repetitive and accurate probing of fine pad pitch, flat and small diameter holes, as well as a variety of other applications with a portability that makes it perfect for testing in the field or in a quality or lab environment. The prober features an ultrafine 5µm resolution with a 1µm accuracy, allowing for accurate and highly precise tests on delicate components. It has a multi-axis mechanical stage equipment with up to 9 axes of motion control that provides superior scanning accuracy and repeatability. Additionally, the prober features a probing speed of up to 5m/sec and features a high precision X-Y-Z-R-T system with ±15mm of travel for testing a wide variety of substrates. The prober also features a highly accurate CCD imaging unit that allows for the accuracy of small targets and precision alignment of the probe. The CCD machine utilizes a 10 million pixels image sensor with a 25mm x 25mm field of view and a resolution of 0.25μm/pixels. Additionally, the CCD tool supports image processing and 3D stitching.
