ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200SA is a prober designed to give consistent, high accuracy measurements of the surface of electronic devices. The prober utilizes a vacuum chuck to grasp the device, and the either the manual or motorized tilt stage mechanism to adjust the device angle for different measurement conditions. The prober's working area is 200 x 200 mm and its accuracy is 1 μm. It is also equipped with an independent chair system for easy operation and measurement. The prober's main operations include automatic and individual thickness measurement, 2D surface roughness measurement, and mapping of the surface. The prober also offers an array of optical and electronical probes, including a General Purpose Probe, Semi-Automatic Laser Safety Roving Joule Prober, and Automatic Electronic Prober to perform a variety of tasks. The prober's General Purpose Probe is designed with a tool holder head and separate attachable tools. The Standard Tool and Mini Tool are designed for probing standard scale surfaces, while the 4-Axis Tool is designed for probing microelectronic devices. The Semi-Automatic Laser Safety Roving Probe uses a laser beam to identify the point of contact with the device's surface and stores information about the contact in the data memory. The Automatic Electronic Prober is designed with a hand-held probe that automatically senses the device's contact point. The Automatic Electronic Prober can also adjust the area to be tested as well as perform surface mapping. The prober is equipped with a 24 V DC motor driven by a pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit to provide a minimum speed of 0.5 mm per second and a maximum speed of 3.2 mm per second. It also has an interface which is capable of communicating with the PC or PC data storage. TSK UF200SA is 740 mm (L) x 980 mm (W) x 590 (H) in dimensions and weighs about 60 kg. The prober requires a single-phase AC power of 110-220/50-60 Hz and an ambient temperature of 10 to 30 degrees Celsius. It also requires a maximum air pressure of 1.01 MPa and humidity between 30 and 85%. Overall, ACCRETECH UF 200 SA is a prober designed to give accurate measurements of the surface of electronic devices. It is designed with a vacuum chuck, manual or motorized tilt stage mechanism, General Purpose Probe, Semi-Automatic Laser Safety Roving Joule Prober, and Automatic Electronic Prober. The prober is highly accurate and can be adjusted to perform a variety of tasks. It is also equipped with an interface which is capable of communicating with the PC or PC data storage.
