ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200SA is a manual probe station designed for use in semiconductor applications. It is a cost-effective way to quickly evaluate devices, perform wafer grade and wafer-level testing, and monitor process improvement. It is suitable for both linear and volume production. The manual prober offers high speed probing capability in a lightweight, small footprint package. TSK UF200SA is equipped with a four-axis motorized stage and is capable of controlling acceleration and deceleration in both X and Y direction, as well as four manual wafers to enable precise positioning of up to four wafers simultaneously. The four manual wafers allow rapid and precise placement of wafers for probing and macroscopic inspection on various substrates, allowing for prober efficiency and cost savings. It also features a three-dimensional achromatic micro objective and a photostation for precise macroscopic inspection of the whole wafer. ACCRETECH UF 200 SA is designed for use with AC-200SA and TN-50SA mini-probes, providing precise probe points with low capacitance. It has an adjustable voltage range up to 500V DC, up to ±1V source and measure, and a 1mV resolution for precise wafer grade and wafer-level testing. The prober is compatible with most probing cards and probers in the market and has the ability to control emerging software packages such as Quick Graphene. ACCRETECH / TSK UF 200 SA has a 4.3-inch high resolution LCD display with a full-color view to ensure precise alignment. It is equipped with a digital camera port that provides real-time monitoring of wafer topography, as well as an easy-to-navigate graphical user interface (GUI). It is powered by an independent servo motor that allows high speed probing without vibration. It is also equipped with an external connection to a PC for faster data transfer. ACCRETECH / TSK UF200SA provides energy efficient operation with its power saving function, enabling it to work even when the power is cut off. It is also designed for maximum flexibility, with the ability to upgrade the firmware and hardware to meet changing requirements. Finally, it is CE certified for safety and operates in a variety of environmental conditions.
