ACCRETECH / TSK UF 3000 is a profilometer, a type of surface analyzer that measures the parameters of planar and volumetric surfaces of a variety of materials including ceramics, metals and organic materials. It can measure the profile of surfaces such as steps, angles, flats and grooves as well as detect and measure surface roughness, waviness and deviation in a variety of profile shapes, such as right, angle, square, and round. TSK UF 3000 utilizes two probe styli, a diamond-tipped roughness stylus and a circular grooving stylus for a wide range of measurement applications. The diamond-tipped stylus offers high-resolution roughness measurements for small components, and the grooving stylus allows for more specialized measurements of grooved parts. ACCRETECH UF3000 also uses an active stylus oscillation to ensure accurate contact between the probe and surface for a more precise surface profile measurement. The probe's working range is 50mm x 50mm. It has a maximum measurement range of 3 microns and can measure up to 0.1µm in vertical resolution. It features an automatic stylus changing unit that enables quick and easy probe stylus changes, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of measurements. TSK UF3000 also includes a variety of advanced functions, such as linear surface profile measurement that can detect surface irregularities such as roughness and waviness in a linear direction as well as 3D profile measurement that is ideal for measuring the shape of complex 3D surfaces with a single movement. It also features automatic digitizing of a part profile, allowing the user to analyze, track and store data with sensitivity and accuracy. UF3000 is also constructed with a rugged design and is suited for both periodic measurements and long-term use in harsh industrial environments. It has a variety of interfaces including USB, LAN and RS-232 that allow it to join with a range of controls and network systems. ACCRETECH / TSK UF3000 also has an optional low-vibration stand that is ideal for precise measurements of ultra-high accuracy parts, eliminating unneeded environmental influence on the measurement process.
