ACCRETECH / TSK UF 3000 is a prober that is used to measure the electrical properties of semiconductors, LCD substrates, laminated boards, and other electronic materials. It is designed to assist users in understanding the physical parameters of samples, such as resistivity, dc and ac conductivity, thermal resistance, and dielectric constants. TSK UF 3000 is based on a principle called the four-point probe method. The method involves measuring the electrical resistance of a test sample by passing current between two voltage points and measuring the voltage between two other points. This method is used for non-destructive testing of electronic materials. ACCRETECH UF3000 is a combined equipment of a device for controlling the four-point probe current and a device for simultaneously measuring the voltage. The system is equipped with four charge-compensated electrodes made of platinum and four two-stage, current-compensated electrodes. The independent current and voltage are measured, then the resistance is calculated. The unit is equipped with built-in software for controlling the four-point probe current and measuring the voltage. This allows users to adjust a great variety of parameters such as the current intensity, rise and fall speed, and duration of the current pulse. The software provides real-time monitoring of the current and voltage values, including the usage history of each parameter.
