The prober is equipped with eight clamping plates, each designed to reliably retain a sample during probing. The maximum sample size accommodated by CMT-SR2000N is 50mm x 50mm, with a z-height range of 0 to 0.7mm. All major sample types are compatible with this prober, including flat, round, and pin.
