It also has an optional fixture accommodating up to 16 × 256 mm and 4 × 6 inches substrate sizes. Its Stage Mount Table enables it to work with up to 6 test handlers with precision in X-Y-Z axes and Theta rotation. The prober is also equipped with multiple temperature control capabilities, including a heated chuck option for accurate stiction measurement results. It is encased in a secure cabinet to make sure that probes remain secured during the prober's operation.
