EG 2001 X Prober is a multi-probing equipment that allows multiple probe cards with various device configurations to be used in conjunction with an high precision CNC positioner, which helps to quickly and accurately locate the device under test. It has a high-speed robotic arm with an automatic needle calibration function and is capable of handling small, dense packages as well as larger, more complex device packages. The fully automated system can accommodate up to 1,024 probes with an X, Y and Z resolution of better than 5 microns and repeatability of better than 1 micron. ELECTROGLAS / EG EG2001X Prober comes with integrated automation and software for controlling, sequencing, storing and displaying test results. This allows for quick and easy testing to maximize throughput, while ensuring accurate results. It also has an error logging capability that is designed to quickly identify and triage issues. Additional features of ELECTROGLAS 2001X Prober include serial number tracking and an Integrated Fixture Machine for faster fixture changeover. ELECTROGLAS / EG 2001 X Prober is equipped with a rotary conveyor tool which is securely mounted to the test head and provides reliable throughput in production lines. It also has adjustable signal delay feature which allows temporal precise control of device testing with millisecond accuracy.
