ELECTROGLAS / EG 4090u is a high-precision prober used for probing electronic devices. It is typically used to measure the electrical properties of integrated circuit components for research, development, and testing purposes. In addition, EG 4090 U has the capability to save waveforms for later analysis. It also has the ability to detect and track devices that move during probing. It operates in temperatures between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius, therefore minimizing environmental risks.
