ELECTROGLAS / EG 4090u is a high-performance, manual prober, designed specifically for use in static and dynamic testing to the highest industrial standards. EG 4090u is equipped with an integrated electronic equipment for carrying out analysis, including curve tracing, frequency response, time domain and temperature measurement. The system is built with an adjustable depth beam deflection, and can be remotely controlled using an IBM PC/AT. It has a manual chuck drive unit for precise sample placement and alignment. Its motion machine is made up of three X-Y stages, an electronic zoom tool, and a four-axis drive asset.
