The entire system is designed for high throughput enabled by its Automated Test, Setup and RPM (Real-time Measurement Plan) features. This makes it ideal for highly automated test procedures with maximum accuracy. The Vacuum Chuck used in the prober allows secure and stable mounting of test DUTs. It also features an adjustable vacuum pressure range up to -9 psi for boosting uniformity, accuracy and reliability. The integrated 6-Axis Cartesian robot allows easy loading and unloading of the DUTs and reduces the cycle time.
