MICROMANIPULATOR 6000 is a high-precision prober developed by EMA, Inc. for industrial use. This micro-manipulator was designed specifically for applications where a high degree of accuracy and repeatability are needed. 6000 consists of a high-precision x-axis and y-axis stages that support up to 200 kg of weight. The stages can provide travel ranges of up to 1 mm and are driven by a stepper motor, allowing for a finely controlled stage position along the x and y directions.
