RUCKER & KOLLS / R&K 1032 Prober is a state-of-the-art solution for production testing, sorting and process control of surface mounted devices (SMD) and fine-pitch integrated circuits (ICs) prior to electronics assembly. R&K 1032 can be used in SMD, multi-chip modules (MCMs), bare die on-board and wafers in production environments. It features a built-in monitor display set-up for data logging, as well as user selectable test options and test parameters. This model offers sophisticated yet highly efficient technology, allowing for automatic loading, testing and sorting. RUCKER & KOLLS 1032 is specially designed with a fully adjustable, spring-loaded contact blade, capable of making pin contacts to 0.020 inches, as well as gold contact substrates. The prober also features a test head with a customized scanning head sweep, allowing for tests on both sides of the device.
