RUCKER & KOLLS / R&K 667 is a multi-channel capacitance prober designed for characterization of VLSI, ULSI, and MEMS devices. R&K 667 measures capacitance over a broad frequency range and includes both automated and manual control functions. RUCKER & KOLLS 667 has a high-resolution, rotating sample stage and can measure up to 192 capacitor pins simultaneously. This prober includes features such as DC, AC, and pulse measurements, along with automated parameter measurement and control. The manual operation can be used to make discrete measurements or to automate multiple measurements together. The capacitance measurement capabilities of 667 are further enhanced by its on-board capacitance bridge, which improves accuracy and improves system stability.
