RUCKER & KOLLS / R&K 680A prober is a highly accurate instrument designed for failure analysis and electrical testing of semiconductors. It is capable of performing a range of probing and probing-related operations, from precision wafer probing to stitch-and-die/failure analysis for defect isolation. R&K 680A is built around an optically-enhanced, interferometer-based displacement measurement equipment for wafer and die-level probing.
