It is designed for operation in a Class 1 cleanroom environment, offering advanced vibration and temperature compensation and an advanced contamination management system. The software enables the prober to accurately align the probes to the test sites, without operator intervention. SEMICS Opus III also offers a fast and accurate production process with highly reproducible results. Opus III's prober modules have several advanced positioning algorithms. Together with SEMSOC's smart probing technology, the accuracy of the prober's measurement capability is maximized.
