SEMIPROBE SA-6 is a prober that has been designed to provide precision and accuracy in wafer probing. This system is designed for testing small geometry and high-density devices. SA-6 is capable of six-axis servo-controlled moving stages that allow movement in both the X and Y movements and combined rotational movements in the upper and lower stages.
