Dry pump.
ALCATEL / ADIXEN / PFEIFFER ADS 1202H is a high-performance, oil-sealed rotary vane pump (also known as a vacuum pump) which is designed to meet the needs of applications requiring high vacuum and/or elevated development pressure. The pump utilizes rotary vane technology with a sealing system operating on silicone oil. ADIXEN ADS1202H is capable of pumping down to 1 x 10-3 mbar (or Torr) with its powerful free-flow pumping speed of 120liters/min and is best used at gas loads less than 10E-3 mbarl/s. The pump also features a low-noise design with a maximum working noise of only 58dB(A). ALCATEL ADS 1202 H is equipped with a continuously variable speed drive and easy maintenance. Its integrated frequency controlled ECM motor is capable of adjusting during operation to maintain a constant level of vacuum by constantly monitoring the vacuum level in the system and automatically altering the speed when needed. The motor is lubricated with silicone oil which minimises wear and prevents seals from drying out due to its high viscosity. This ensures the pump has a long service life while offering superior wear protection. Furthermore, the oil-sealed rotary vane technology is able to avoid the risk of contamination and backstreaming of gases into the system. PFEIFFER ADS 1202 H also features a smooth start/stop operation which utilizes a soft acceleration and deceleration. This helps to extend service life and prevent over-stressing of components. The ergonomic design features a detachable base mounting for simple installation and helps reduce the time it can take to service the pump or make any necessary repairs. Overall, ADS1202H is a reliable, durable and efficient pump with a variety of features specifically designed to meet the requirements of different applications. It has a low noise design to minimize any disturbance in our work environment, offers superior wear protection and contamination control, as well as a smooth start/stop operation to avoid over-stressing components.
