ALCATEL / ADIXEN / PFEIFFER ADS 602LM is state-of-the-art turbopump dedicated for forevacuum and high vacuum applications . Manufactured by ADIXEN, ADIXEN ADS602LM turbomolecular pump offers best-in-class performance and portability for a variety of laboratory, industrial, and research vacuum systems. As a compact and reliable pump featuring a low speed backup motor and unique inlet louver design, ALCATEL ADS 602 LM offers outstanding ultimate pressure performance reaching 4 x 10-10 to 5 x 10-10 mbar. ADIXEN ADS 602LM turbopump is designed to meet the exacting technical requirements of a modern high-vacuum processing. The unit features a rugged and durable stainless steel housing with a cast-iron rear flange and stainless-steel turbine blades. With a maximum suction capacity reaching 34 liters/second and optimal range between 10 and 30 liters/second, the pump is capable of producing up to 4.7 mbar or 4700 pascals in ultimate pressure. ALCATEL / ADIXEN / PFEIFFER ADS602LM turbopump is fitted with special design features that efficiently reduce pressure shocks, maximize performance, and minimize downtime, including a dynamic and thermal breather system for inlet air, an industry standard LEMO2 connection for having an adequate level of trade signals, and a unique lateral louver that helps split the inlet stream of gas, which ensures higher compression rates. The unit is then fitted with a two-stage rotating assembly, comprised of two radiatively cooled 1.8 kW motors, with a bypass ratio of 1:150 to maintain optimal performance. ADS602LM turbopump is also designed to operate steadily and quietly even under the toughest conditions. The unit provides flexible regulation settings to ensure that the motor is operating at optimal levels, and comes with an oil-free bearing system to keep components free from contamination. This makes ALCATEL / ADIXEN / PFEIFFER ADS 602 LM ideal for demanding laboratory and industrial applications, such as semiconductor vacuum systems, gas analysis, and electron microscopy.
