ALCATEL / ADIXEN / PFEIFFER Drytel 31 is a dry pump designed to be used in industrial and laboratory settings. It is a single-stage rotary-vane vacuum pump which is cylinder-shaped, driven by an electric motor. ADIXEN Drytel 31 is capable of pumping atmospheric air over a wide range of pressures. ALCATEL Drytel 31 features an oil-less design, which eliminates the need for an oil-reservoir or the need to oil the pump which reduces maintenance time and the presence of air contaminants. This design also offers improved vacuum performance, especially at low pressures. Moreover, Drytel 31 features a designed seal that is interchangeble with other models, keeping its operation characteristics. PFEIFFER Drytel 31 is equipped with a sealed bearing support and seals constructed from carbon-graphite material, which provides for maximum life and stability of the pump, while its hermetic seal design ensures a longer operating life of the pump. The exhaust port of the pump is equipped with a reverse pressure valve, which prevents intake of outside air when pumping out air in a sealed space. ALCATEL / ADIXEN / PFEIFFER Drytel 31 also features low noise operation due to its acoustically optimized housing, which allows for a properly sealed cabinet that reduces the operating noise of the pump. Additionally, the pump has an integrated safety valve, which prevents damage from excessive pressures. ADIXEN Drytel 31 pump is compatible with several halogen-free refrigerants like hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and N-heptane, making it ideal for use in a variety of laboratory and industrial settings. By utilizing an advanced design, and advanced materials such as carbon-graphite and PPA plastic, ALCATEL Drytel 31 has been created to provide users with an oil-less, dust resistant, and low noise, pump. It is ideal for applications such as high throughput laboratories, analytic and diagnostic equipment, industrial analyses, and development departments.
