CANON / ANELVA P-120C-J is an oil rotary vane vacuum pump that is designed to provide powerful, high-performance vacuum and boost capabilities with minimal noise output. This pump is capable of operating in the atmospheric pressure range between -90 kPa and -13.3 kPa and can produce ultimate pressure levels of up to 10-4 Pa. This pump can operate smoothly and continuously up to a maximum temperature of 50°C. CANON P-120C-J is constructed of hard, wear-resistant aluminum alloy sleeves and a high-density, rigid, structural steel frame that allows for hassle free operation. ANELVA P-120C-J is designed with a simple yet reliable single-bearing oil-lubricated system, secured in a pressure-sealed container to maintain its powerful performance. This design ensures the pump can safely run continuously and have consistent performance as it is exposed to constant pressure and temperature changes. The pump is driven by a 2-pole induction motor that is connected to the rotor via a 3-step reduction gear system. The motor is powered by a 24V AC/DC power supply which allows for precise speed and torque control. To ensure maximum efficiency, the pump is equipped with an axial inlet valve and an adjustable side-skirt exhaust which permits fast evacuation and provides enhanced flow rates. Additionally, the vanes of this pump are self-adjusting to maintain a seal between the rotor and stator. This ensures that the system remains free from leakage and helps to prevent contamination. In order to maintain functionality, a built-in oil filter is incorporated to trap dirt and oil particles, extending the life of the pump. The pump is inspected and certified after the manufacturing process, and is supplied in a clean, coated steel container for added protection. P-120C-J is an ideal vacuum pump for use in a variety of applications such as medical devices, semiconductor fabrication, food processing, automotive production and laboratory equipment.
