CTI-CRYOGENICS 9600 is a cryogenic pump designed for the efficient movement of cryogenic fluids including liquid nitrogen, argon, helium, and other cryogenic liquids. CTI-CRYOGENICS CRYOGENICS 9600 is a centrifugal pump that is capable of pumping up to 90 GPM (gallons per minute) at pressures up to 435.6 PSI (pounds per square inch). 9600 features a high-torque motor and advanced rotary vane technology that support high-pressure and high-flow applications. The motor is permanently sealed in a low-noise, die cast aluminum frame. CRYOGENICS 9600 is also extensively double-sealed for safety and features a completely dry-running mechanical seal for envirosafe operation. The frame of CTI-CRYOGENICS 9600 also features an IP68 rated ingress protection, ensuring a dust-tight, sealed operation capable of withstanding contact with liquids. The motor also features an ECM motor drive with onboard user interface and status indicator. The user interface provides easy access to programming and monitoring the pump operation. The 8" stainless steel impeller with corrosion-resistant housing is designed to provide maximum efficiency and performance when pumping cryogenic liquids of various viscosities. CTI-CRYOGENICS CRYOGENICS 9600 is also designed to provide an even fluid flow, monotonically increasing pressure, and wide shutoff range. 9600 has noise ratings as low as 50 dBa and meets ATEX, UL/CSA, and CE safety standards. Additionally, CRYOGENICS 9600 is equipped with an adjustable thermal overload protector, providing extra protection if the temperature of the pump surpasses 49°C (120°F). CTI-CRYOGENICS 9600 is also equipped with high-temperature seals that are designed to prevent leakage in highly corrosive process environments.
