CTI-CRYOGENICS 9600 is a vacuum pump designed for pumping of liquids and gases from -20°C up to +200°C and is suitable for use in a wide variety of industrial, scientific and medical applications. CTI-CRYOGENICS CRYOGENICS 9600 offers a high rotational speed range, up to 4800 revolutions per minute (RPMs). The motor is a brushless, rotating, field synchronous design. It boasts power efficiency and reliability. For durability, the bearings are all made of Nitralloy®, and the drive shaft is stainless steel. The motor is protected by a low wear continuous-duty thermal protection device. The vacuum is created by an adjustable inlet screen and an eccentrically-shaped, dynamically-balanced impeller, designed specifically for 9600. This allows for a deep, balanced vacuum in an efficient manner. Additionally, CRYOGENICS 9600 offers programmable, precise control over the vacuum by providing the user with the ability to adjust the inlet screen and impeller speed to a selected pressure. In addition, the pump is constructed for corrosion resistance and superior performance. Its enclosure is made from aluminum and the interior components are corrosion-resistant stainless steel. When compared to similar pumps, CTI-CRYOGENICS 9600 offers a lower noise level, making it desirable for noise-sensitive applications. To ensure optimal performance, CTI-CRYOGENICS CRYOGENICS 9600 has been designed with several operational safety features. The motor is safely mounted with vibration dampening mounts and a safety interlock prevents operation until conditions are ideal, such as the filter being strapped on or, the intake and exhaust hoses being connected correctly. Furthermore, all electrical components are low-voltage and overload and short-circuit protection is provided on all three motor phases.
