HELIX 8F (On-Board) pump is a robust, reliable and efficient vacuum and refrigeration pumping system designed to meet the demanding requirements in today's industrial and scientific cooling applications. The primary pump is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a dynamic minimum pressure of approximately one atmosphere and maximum rotational speed of 9000 rev/min for fast pump down. The secondary pump is a brushless DC motor driven compressor with superior control capability, offering an output of 6.5 m3/hr at a differential pressure range of 0-400 mbar. The 8F's efficient design delivers increased cooling performance and improved reliability with significantly fewer moving parts. This allows for a more compact, durable solution with improved access and maintenance options. The design also allows for easy installation and operation, and easy modification of the pumps inlet and outlet connections. A number of features make the 8F an excellent choice for refrigeration applications. The pump offers a built-in microporous exhaust filter which ensures clean operation even in the most challenging environments. The 8F also offers hot air defrosting, allowing for easy and quick defrosting of frozen components with a minimum of external components.
