EBARA AAS100WN, manufactured by EBARA, is a single-stage stainless steel end suction centrifugal pump that is designed and built to meet the needs of a variety of applications. EBARA AA-S100 WN can be used for a variety of liquid transfer applications including in clear water, general industrial process liquid handling, systems that transfer hot water, seawater, and other liquids. AAS 100 WN is made from stainless steel construction, providing a strong and corrosion resistant pump that is designed to last even in harsh industrial environments. It is a single-stage pump with one impeller and can handle a variety of liquids and temperatures. It utilizes a horizontally mounted electric motor with ceramic shaft sleeves and carries the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure of 10 bars. The motor itself is extremely energy efficient, allowing for reduced energy consumption and lower operating costs. AA-S100 WN measures 380mm (L) x 178mm (W) x 248mm (H) in size and is fitted with a 1.1 kW motor that has a maximum flow rate of 375 litres per minute of liquid. It provides a maximum head range of up to 11.5m and is capable of operating at a maximum pressure of 10 bars. With a suction and discharge flange size of 3/4" BSP this pump is capable of connecting to a variety of pipelines. AAS100WN is designed and built with safety features to prevent damage and overheating. It is equipped with a suction and over-pressure valve as well as an anti-cavitation valve to prevent oxidation and cavitation damage of the impeller. It also has an anti-siphoning port to protect the pump from being damaged by liquid loss. EBARA AAS 100 WN does not require lubrication and features an air cooled motor shaft which keeps maintenance to a minimum. It is designed for simple installation by being light in weight and compact in size. It also features a belt driven impeller.
