Single speed models are available in either 50 Hz or 60 Hz configurations, and variable speed models offer a speed range of 700-3000 RPM. To ensure operational safety, the pump features a signature direct drive system which enables overload and jamming protection. IH1000 MK5 is designed to operate in temperatures of up to 50°C (122°F), and also features cooling fins to ensure high reliability. The pump is built with a robust cast iron casing and features robust internal components such as anodized aluminum rotor housing and stainless steel end bell. For efficient operation the pump is designed with an integrated vane management system and a vacuum relief valve.
