EMS 150T S Plus is an advanced pump designed for use in various applications such as wastewater, sludge, sewage, and irrigation. This high capacity machine is powered by a 6-horsepower (hp) electric motor, which drives a two-impeller, shallow-depth construction allowing for superior efficiency and low power consumption. The pump is fitted with abrasion-resistant impellers and seal plates providing high performance and long-term life. 150T S Plus has a maximum capacity of 150gpm (gallons per minute) and a maximum head of 30 feet, making it suitable for a broad range of applications. It features a split-open construction for ease of serviceability and corrosion-resistant components for years of durable service. The construction also includes oil-filled bearings and mechanical seals to maintain a leak-free operation. EMS 150T S Plus has a straightforward control system with an integrated terminal box for easy connection to power sources. It also has a built-in pressure switch, capable of sensing up to 150psi which can be used to activate and deactivate the pump. It also has a manually adjustable float valve so users can manually adjust the desired flow rate. The pump is built for quiet operation due to its acoustically designed housing and thick rubber mounting feet. Additionally, the thermoplastic housing provides superior temperature control and the pump is UL/CSA listed for use in applications when safety is critical. It is suitable for continuous duty or intermittent dry running operations and requires minimal maintenance as all parts can be easily accessed with the removal of one service cover.
