OSAKA TC 1103 is a triplex single-acting, positive displacement pump, designed for medium and high pressure applications. It features a double-suction design and is capable of operating with process fluids at temperatures up to 80ºC. The reciprocating pump employs two plungers in a single cylinder that are driven by a crankshaft with a connecting rod. The crankshaft is driven by an AC electric motor. The double suction process fluid enters through the suction port and is discharged through the discharge port. The pump is composed of a pump casing, a driver (motor, gasoline, or diesel engine) and a set of valves. The valve systems are simple and contain a single inlet and outlet valve, suction valves and one single-phase valve. The inlet/outlet valve is used to control the flow of the fluid and has a sliding disc made of NBR or other suitable material. The suction valves are designed to prevent any undesirable material from entering or leaving the pump casing while the single-phase valve operates at an adjustable pressure setting to ensure that pump performance remains consistent within the operating pressure range.
