The centrifugal action is provided by a set of highly efficient, perfectly aligned impeller blades, requiring a much lower energy input than other traditional pumps. The combination of a mono stage design and efficient impeller design makes this pump ideal for use in a variety of pumping scenarios. The pump is equipped with a mechanical seal and high-efficiency shaft bearings that are designed to handle a wide range of temperatures and pressure levels. It has a large capacity range, providing a maximum flow rate of 220 gallons per minute (gpm) and a maximum head capacity of up to 190 feet of head. Two different models of TG 1103M pump are available. The standard model is designed for fluid pumping applications requiring low maintenance and low operating costs. This model has a 0.47kW, 220V, 0.7A, 730rpm motor and is designed for low-viscosity fluids (up to 500 cP). For more demanding industrial use, OSAKA TG 1103MX pump is also available. This model has a 0.93kW, 220V, 1.2A, 730rpm motor that is capable of pumping fluids at higher pressure and/or viscosity levels.
