ELECTROVERT / SPEEDLINE Vectra ES reflow oven is designed to provide superior heat transfer, accurate temperature regulation, superior process control and reliable long-term operation. The oven is designed to automatically profile and maintain process temperature profiles as dictated by a recipe, as well as provide real-time data for process validation. The reflow oven features two heating zones, two cooling zones and four convection fans for heat transfer and circulation. SPEEDLINE Vectra ES oven includes a CIP-800 programmable controller with full digital PID control, which allows process parameters to be set, edited and monitored during the reflow process. It also provides a temperature accuracy of +/-1ºC over the full process area, and a temperature uniformity of +/-3ºC across the process area. The oven has a wide working temperature range of 100°C to 320°C, and can accommodate a variety of board sizes and profiles. ELECTROVERT VECTRAES oven is equipped with an ESSR (SPEEDLINE Surface Sensing Reflow) system which utilizes an array of heat-sensitive resistors to continuously measure the temperature of the board being processed. This temperature data is then compared to the temperature profile of the process. If the actual temperature deviates from the set profile, the ESSR system automatically adjusts the oven parameters to maintain the required profile. The oven also features an Automatic Zoning System (AZS) which quickly determines the board size and adjusts the thermal profiling to provide optimal soldering of all components on the board. It also includes an integrated PC interface which allows users to access real-time data from the oven's ESSR and AZS systems, as well as to create and store profiles for future use. ELECTROVERT Vectra ES oven is designed for long-term, reliable operation and runs on single-phase power.
