ELECTROVERT / SPEEDLINE Vectra is an innovative reflow oven made for high-volume, high-precision production, providing instant control over all process parameters and a repeatable reflow soldering process. This series of reflow ovens feature two distinct control systems that ensure excellent uniformity of temperature profile across the entire heating zone. SPEEDLINE Vectra series of reflow ovens are equipped with an accurate, digital, real-time temperature controller operates at a accuracy of 0.2K. This temperature controller is complemented by the Closed-Loop Microprocessor Control System for controlling both preheat time, peak temperature and reflow time. Both of these control systems are fully user-programmable to accommodate any application or type of product. ELECTROVERT Vectra series utilizes hot air convection heating for each individual zone. This heating method allows for low energy consumption and efficient, uniform temperature distribution across the entire oven chamber. The oven chambers utilize a double wall construction, with thin insulation sandwiched between the inner and outer walls, allowing for low thermal loss. The chambers also double as thermal barriers, reducing thermal pollution from neighboring zones. For ease of cleanliness and maintenance, Vectra series of reflow ovens include sealed, interior surfaces, no exterior seams or cracks, stainless steel chamber, and easy service access. The series is compliant with RoHS/WEEE regulations and certified with CE/UL. ELECTROVERT / SPEEDLINE Vectra series of reflow ovens also feature automatic profiling, as it records the profile of the product to facilitate precision and process monitoring of each production cycle, and helps promote process and process consistency. The solid state relays on each heater permit precise control of the heating cycle. Overall, SPEEDLINE Vectra series of reflow ovens offer many advantages, such as high throughput, uniform quality, cycle times and reproducibility independent of operator skill. In addition, they reduce cycle time and energy use, while providing a uniform, repeatable, and highly reliable reflow process.
