ERSA Hotflow 4/20 is designed to be used in medium-volume production lines and provides users with superior soldering results. ERSA Hotflow 4/20 has four process zones, each heated with our precise, double-loop temperature controller. The independent controllers allow user flexibility in setting two preheat areas and two soldering areas. The preheat and soldering zones can be customized, allowing for precise temperature control for a wide range of applications and soldering difficulties. An air knife cooling equipment is included with each Hotflow 4/20, which helps minimize thermal shock and minimize the stress on solder alloys. The Hotflow 4/20 also includes a hood that reduces cooling time and improves temperature consistency. The hood is insulated, allowing the temperature to remain consistent, and the hood minimizes contamination by keeping the fumes inside the heat chamber.
