The entry level model of 1700W Reflow Oven takes a single zone top-down heater design which is capable of effectively controlling temperatures reaching as high as 350C with an accuracy of ±1.5C. The unit is constructed with a high grade steel body and reinforced steel door frame. Combined with the efficient, yet low-noise convection fan and PID temperature controller this design creates the perfect platform for a stable thermal uniformity and power that is reliable in any environment. The Digital Process Controller accurately responds and adjusts temperatures according to user-defined profiles which can be developed using familiar ramps, soak and spike sections.
