This full convection reflow equipment is capable of maximum operating temperatures of 350 °C, allowing for higher reflow temperatures and shorter cycle times. HELLER 1800 EXL has an adjustable forced air convection system for improved heat transfer within the reflow chamber and an auto-tuning PID temperature control offering finer temperature accuracy control.
