DEK NEO Horizon 03iX is a highly advanced screen printing equipment designed to support the production of up to 400UM surfaces with maximum throughput. It has been developed to be an affordable and easy-to-use solution for high volume electronics and component manufacturing. NEO Horizon 03iX features a 460mm x 460mm vacuum printapen with both manual and automatic printhead lift to minimize risk of errors and increase throughput. The closed-looped, high accuracy servo-driven motion control along with the ball screw drive maintains superior positional accuracy over the entire sheet area. The servo-driven motion control coupled with built-in vacuum hold down ensures repeatable, accurately aligned printing. The Horizon 03iX is supplied with a user-friendly Vision Prescreen system, enabling the accurate inspection and control of various types of PCBs before printing. The Vision Prescreen technology is designed for quick optical alignment and support for up to 8 datastream formats. Moreover, the unit supports an Intelligent Head Elevation (IHE) machine, which enables a complete printhead lift and is used to reduce paste spreading from overloaded apertures. The Horizon 03iX also features a unique SmartStencil tool, developed for use with both traditional and modern stencils. This asset uses a high resolution camera to compensate for any misalignment of the squareness of the stencil frame rails, giving improved print results. Furthermore, DEK innovative VisionPlus technology uses a advanced and powerful vision camera to precisely identify unique PCB alignment points and shape edge detection to increase accuracy and reliability of the printing process.
