EKRA MX5 is a flatbed, tabletop screen printer ideal for electronic assembly applications such as circuit board printing, surface mount component marking and labeling, LED dot matrix array printing, and other specialized jobs. Its unique design features a modern and efficient feeding and alignment equipment and vacuum table, resulting in fast production times with high precision and quality. MX5 is an all-in-one screen printing machine that has a rugged, ergonomic design to reduce operator fatigue. It is equipped with a high-resolution vision system, a vacuum table to prevent misalignment of components, and a post-print machine vision unit to verify the accuracy of the printing. Its features also include a working area measuring 410 x 260mm, a squeegee speed of up to 200mm/s, a tooled/untooled setup machine, and a frame size of up to 610 x 510mm. In addition, the machine is equipped with EKRA vacuum inspired X-Clean tool, allowing for simple changeover of graphics.
