MPM Accuflex is a semi-automatic, single-station, compact, durable screen printing press. It is equipped with all the features necessary for high quality tabletop printing in a small footprint so as to be suitable for either bench top or minor production work. Accuflex offers great flexibility with its easily adjustable printing speed, interchangeable platens, accurate pneumatic print stroke control and individual print heads that can be adjusted for pressure and smoothness. MPM Accuflex is designed for quick setup and reset. The adjustable base ensures easy off contact adjustment and registration capabilities, while the individual print heads allow for accurate placement of images. The multiple print heads provide additional options for placement, layering, and accuracy on multiple projects. The platen is also adjustable, allowing for custom play on substrates of different widths. Accuflex offers quick exchange of platens for faster production and a stable platform to eliminate periodic wear and tear on the machine parts. MPM Accuflex is powered by Airway™ to produce fine details. Airway™ provides consistent application of film with an adjustable air flow rate and pressure head. This Airway™ technology incorporates the use of an air pressure regulator and digital timing with a solenoid-controlled spray head to create smooth, consistent film release, thereby reducing the chance of substrate distortion. Accuflex also features an ultrasonic generator to offer quick and accurate drying of the ink with little to no visible side-effects. Additionally, it provides temperature and humidity control to minimize the effects of temperature variations during application.
