STRATASYS Objet Eden 260V is a 3D screen printer equipment suitable for making highly detailed and accurate parts, prototypes and production models with an impressive standard resolution of 600×600 dpi. The system utilises Poly Jet material jetting technology and boasts multiple inputs and outputs, enabling it to support a wide range of materials. The unit includes an onboard printer controller which offers a range of automated printing functions. This includes the ability to optimise settings for any given material, and a wide range of accuracy and resolution settings. Objet Eden 260V has a build volume of 11.8" × 7.9" × 7.9" (298 x 200 x 200 mm), making it capable of producing parts and prototypes up to 11.8". The machine has a maximum speed of 18mm/hour, and adds material in layers of 0.0006" and 0.0023". STRATASYS Objet Eden 260V is extremely accurate due to its poly jet technology, with a minimum layer thickness of 16µm, and a maximum layer thickness of 0.0039". As such, the machine is able to produce highly detailed parts, prototypes, and three dimensional models with stunning resolution and accuracy, while maintaining a smooth outer surface finish. The tool also utilises support materials for all materials to ensure all areas of the part can be accurately printed. Objet Eden 260V allows for a wide range of support materials to be used, including supportDissolveFASN, and supportPlus for high temperature materials. The support materials can be easily removed after completion of a printing cycle, making the asset ideal for high resolution and detail applications. STRATASYS Objet Eden 260V is a highly advanced 3D screen printer model. With its exceptional accuracy, speed, build volumes, and a wide range of supported materials, the equipment is perfect for those looking to create highly detailed prototypes or production-grade parts and models.
