Solvents are introduced in sequence via the onboard solvent rack and are controlled via the Valco electronic control valve. The system is also outfitted with an in-line fraction collector to collect and store the desired fractions for future analysis. KEYSIGHT 1200 is equipped with a variety of software options for data analyses. These include TechMate 80, which offers peak identification, databases, and algorithms for data analyzing, as well as MS IntelliCal, which provides automated maintenance and calibration. Other software programs include ProPulse, TurboMass, and TraceFinder, allowing data export into files compatible with other applications such as Microsoft Excel.
