It is used for rapid, precise and accurate measurements of dissolved gases and polar components. HP G2938B features a built-in rotary, hydraulic high pressure and a vacuum chamber that allows it to analyze dissolved gases and polar compounds (such as alcohols, acids, heavy metals and organometallics). This allows for precise and accurate measurements with a wide range of different substrates. AGILENT G2938B also has a built-in high pressure insertion probe that allows for measurements at sample pressures up to 1,800psi. It also has sample gas conditioning and precise temperature control features which enable precise measurements at sample temperatures up to 200˚C.
