AMETEK / CAMECA EX300 is an energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (ED-XRF). It is designed for highly accurate and precise elemental analysis of a wide range of materials. The X-rays then pass through the sample to a detector where the X-ray energy is converted into a pulse signal.
