APPLIED BIOSYSTEMS Voyager DE Pro is capable of ion detection at mass values up to 50,000 Da (resolving power up to 1,000,000 FWHM). In addition to its powerful performance, Voyager DE Pro is designed for easy and intuitive sample handling for a broad range of samples including serum, cerebrospinal fluids and environmental samples. Using the QuickStart™ II software system, automated sample preparation, robotic nanospray, and advanced liquid chromatography coupled to the spectrometer are achievable with just a few clicks. The entire unit is straightforward to operate and can be remotely operated through a network connection. Its powerful Li Optics™ Machine Controller and MALDI software allows for automated acquisition of data as well as real-time analysis and manipulation of data, providing the potential for advanced data analysis right at the instrument. The software also allows users to look up compounds in an internal library without having to transfer data externally.
